Our slogan embodies our commitment to making promises a reality. “Delivering” represents our proactive approach to bringing an enriched lifestyle to life. We go beyond property management, creating living spaces where every detail contributes to a fulfilling existence. At the core of our slogan is the concept of a “good lifestyle,” encapsulating elevated living, redefined convenience, and a sense of well-being. “Good” radiates positivity and reflects our commitment to cultivating contentment.

Mr. Tom’s journey exemplifies the pursuit of the American dream. In 1997, he arrived in the United States from Vietnam, leaving his home country behind in search of new opportunities. Starting from scratch, Mr. Tom took on various low-paying jobs to make ends meet. However, his innate entrepreneurial spirit drove him to explore new horizons.

By 2002, Mr. Tom ventured into the world of business by establishing his own nail salon. This endeavor proved successful, eventually leading him to own and manage eight nail salons across the bustling city of Houston, Texas. Simultaneously, he took on the formidable responsibility of supervising a workforce of over 100 personnel within the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Mr. Tom’s life took a significant turn in 2012 when he attended the Financial Freedom seminar at Lifestyle Unlimited. The wisdom and inspiration he gleaned from this experience ignited a new passion in him – real estate investment. He decided to immerse himself in the industry, starting with single-family homes and expanding into various facets of real estate, including wholesaling, flipping, and rentals.

Since 2015, Mr. Tom has successfully acquired 15 apartment communities, three of which as a Lifestyles Unlimited lead, and manages over 600 rental apartment units. At its peak, he owned and invested in nearly 1,500 multi-family apartment units across 10 cities. In 2022, Mr. Tom founded Hexa Property Management, LLC, a company dedicated to property management, focusing on apartment communities, involving underwriting, acquisitions, and the day-to-day operations of property management.

Under Mr. Tom’s strategic leadership, Hexa has experienced tremendous growth, managing an estimated $50 million worth of real estate assets. He shoulders the responsibility of shaping the organizational structure, nurturing talent development, and leading the executive team in delivering top-tier services to their valued clients. Mr. Tom prioritizes integrity and transparency in all aspects of his life, extending these principles to his interactions with co-investors, friends, and, most importantly, his family.
