Working mode: Remote via Zoom meeting.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week, as follows:

Monday to Friday: 8AM to 12PM Houston Time and 8PM to 12AM Houston Time.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will focus on supporting the marketing department’s initiatives with making graphic design for the contents using Canva and managing Facebook ads for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Ads Management: Manage Facebook Ads (main responsibility)
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the making and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and event marketing.
  • Content Creation: Develop and edit marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.
  • Design Creation: Use Canva to create graphic design for contents.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics to determine the effectiveness of each campaign.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target customer preferences.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and organizing marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience with Canva for basic graphic design.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
