We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate HR Assistant Intern to support our day-to-day operations in the HR department. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and available to work at least 4 hours per day, aligned with Chicago time.

*The internship may be extended up to 6 months based on performance and opportunities to be part time or full time employee.

Working Conditions:

  • Working time: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 12 PM (Chicago Time)
  • Totaling 4 hours a day, 20 hours a week
  • Zoom meetings required during working hours.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a HR Assistant Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition or recruitment while working in a remote and flexible environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate applications.
  • Conduct first interviews and schedule, coordinate second interviews with the line managers
  • Assist in Employment Branding: including creating content, images for company social media as Linkedin, Facebook,..

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English (Professional level) is mandatory
  • Having educational background or strong interest in HR, Talent acquisition, Recruitment or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques is a plus.
