Hexa PM is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Application Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the application process for prospective tenants, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved. You will work closely with property managers, tenants, and various stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

WORKING HOURS:

40 working hours per week, as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:30 AM to 5 PM CDT
  • Saturday: 09:30 AM to 3 PM CDT
  • Fully remote via Zoom Meetings

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the tenant application process from initial inquiry to lease signing.
  • Review and verify tenant applications, including background checks and credit reports.
  • Communicate with applicants to gather necessary documentation and provide updates on application status.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to ensure timely processing of applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and denials in our property management software.
  • Respond to inquiries from applicants, property owners, and real estate agents regarding application procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in training staff on application procedures and software usage.
  • Prepare regular reports on application status and trends for management review.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in property management or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
