How the “Toss for the Take” Promotion Works
All prospects visiting a Hexa property can participate.
Step 1: Toss the Bag & Win Rent Credit
You’ll toss bags into the cornhole board — and based on your score, you earn:
- 1 bag in:
$100 rent credit - 2 bags in:
$120 rent credit - 3 bags in:
$300 rent credit
If you miss your first attempt, no worries — you can still play again after paying the standard application fee. You can even choose a second-chance game or try your luck with a corn hole toss again!
Step 2: Boost Your Savings with a Social Check-In
After playing, simply take a picture during your tour and check in on the Hexa Property Management Facebook Page.
You’ll receive an extra $30 rent credit applied to your first month.
