ROLE PURPOSE
At HEXA, the Graphic Design & Video Editor brings our brand to life by developing high-quality visual assets that clearly and consistently communicate who we are across both digital and print channels. This role supports marketing, branding, and product initiatives by translating ideas and briefs into visually engaging designs that align with HEXA’s brand guidelines and business objectives.
HOW WE WORK
This is a part-time, 100% remote position with Zoom meetings required during working hours.
- Time zone: Vietnam Time (GMT +7)
- Monday to Friday: 8 PM to 12 AM
- Total of 4 hours a day, 20 hours a week.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design social media graphics (posts, ads, visuals) on-brand and aligned with content strategy.
- Coordinate with Content Marketing to understand content requests, deadlines, and formats.
- Create digital assets for investor materials (brochures, flyers, pitch decks, infographics).
- Support short-form video content creation (basic motion graphics, editing).
- Handle urgent design needs (event posters, announcement visuals) while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Organize and hand over design files systematically; support uploading/posting when needed.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Managers.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design; OR proven 3+ Years of Experience with a strong portfolio in Design for Digital Marketing, Social Media and Branding.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with branding systems, typography, and color psychology; Experience in creating infographics, investor decks, and short-form social content.
- Tools: Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (Bonus: Premiere Pro/After Effects/AI tools).
- Language & Communication: Good English proficiency preferred but not required; strong coordination and collaboration skills are essential.
- Remote Expertise: Proven experience in remote work; or, if new to remote, must demonstrate high tech-savviness and a fast, adaptable learning style.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Delivers creative, accurate, and on-brand designs across multiple projects and formats.
- Produces high-quality visuals for marketing, social media, packaging, and branding.
- Translates briefs into visually compelling designs that meet project objectives.
- Manages multiple projects with strong attention to detail and meets deadlines.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align visuals with business goals.
