Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate communication within the marketing department to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, managing client communications and ensuring their needs are met.
- Source and manage freelancers for various marketing projects, including content creation, design, and digital marketing tasks.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Support the development and maintenance of relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to the marketing team.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, promotions, and product launches.
- Prepare and distribute reports on project progress, campaign performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, client management, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Experience in sourcing and managing freelancers or external vendors is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
