ROLE PURPOSE
At HEXA, the Content Creator brings strategic storytelling and data-driven execution to strengthen our digital presence in the target market. This role delivers high-quality, on-brand content, translates analytics and trends into actionable insights, and ensures consistent engagement growth across platforms. By combining creativity with performance focus, the Content Creator contributes directly to HEXA’s brand visibility and market positioning.
HOW WE WORK
This is a part-time, 100% remote position with Zoom meetings required during working hours.
- Time zone: Vietnam Time (GMT +7)
- Monday to Friday: 8 PM to 12 AM
- Total of 4 hours a day, 20 hours a week.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop high-quality content for social media channels aligned with the company’s value proposition, brand voice, and business direction.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across platforms.
- Produce engaging copy and storytelling materials tailored to the target market.
- Design visually appealing graphics using Canva and basic Photoshop while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Analyze engagement data (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and prepare accurate monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Handle urgent or pop-up projects assigned by Managers
WHAT YOU BRING
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field. Or Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Technical Skills: Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a solid grasp of brand strategy, analytics interpretation, and basic graphic design principles
- Tools: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, social media scheduling platforms, Canva, Photoshop.
- Language & Communication: Good English proficiency is required; strong coordination and collaboration skills are essential.
- Remote Expertise: Proven experience in remote work; or, if new to remote, must demonstrate high tech-savviness and a fast, adaptable learning style.
