Role Purpose:
We are looking for a proactive bilingual (English/Spanish) Tenant Support professional who takes full ownership of daily operations and drives service performance by ensuring maintenance requests, make-ready tasks, and lease renewals are completed within KPI timelines, while maintaining accurate tracking of move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy levels. This role plays a critical part in delivering high tenant satisfaction and retention through timely issue resolution, strong accountability, and continuous service improvement.
How We Work
This is a full-time, 100% remote position with Zoom meetings required during working hours.
- Monday to Friday: 9:30AM to 5:00PM (CDT) and Saturday: 9:30AM to 3:00PM (CDT)
- Total of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week
What You Will Do
- Manage and track maintenance requests according with HEXA’s policies and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues on time.
- Oversee make-ready tasks to prepare units for new tenants.
- Monitor and manage move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy updates accurately.
- Conduct and document move-in and move-out inspections.
- Support lease renewals and tenant retention.
- Respond to tenant concerns promptly, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain accurate records in property systems and CRM.
- Track and report occupancy, maintenance, and service performance.
- Ensure compliance with audit and reporting standards.
- Support community-related issues and resident communications.
- Participate in service improvement initiatives and operational projects.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and cross-team coordination as required.
What You Bring
- Background: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration; OR 2-3 years of experience in tenant services, customer service, property management, or a related operational role.
- Tools: Proficiency in property management software, CRM system and digital communication tools.
- Language: Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Remote Expertise: Proven experience in remote work; or, if new to remote, must demonstrate high tech-savviness and a fast, adaptable learning style.

- Maintenance and make-ready tasks are completed on time and within KPIs
- Move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and occupancy updates are accurate and well-coordinated
- Tenant issues are resolved promptly, supporting satisfaction and retention
- Records, reporting, and systems are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready
- Community communications and cross-team coordination run smoothly
