Role Purpose:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telesales (Night shift) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience in sales, and proficiency in English. The Telesales will collaborate closely with the prospect team to contribute to various initiatives focused on promoting our services and generating new leads.
How We Work:
This is a full-time, 100% remote position with Zoom meetings required during working hours.
Time zone: Houston Time (CDT)
- Monday to Friday: 8AM to 4:30 PM (CDT)
OR
- Monday to Friday: 9:30AM to 5:00PM and,
- Saturday: 9:30AM to 3:00PM
Total of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week
What You Will Do
- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available apartments.
- Schedule apartment viewing tours. Communicate with customers primarily via phone calls (80%), as well as through text messages (15%) and emails (5%).
- Assist customers in completing rental application forms.
What You Bring
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; OR 1–3 years of sales experience (Real Estate, Hospitality, or Property Management preferred).
- Language & Communication: Fluent English with the ability to handle high-volume phone interactions (80% of daily tasks).
- Remote Expertise: Proven experience in remote work; or, if new to remote, must demonstrate high tech-savviness and a fast, adaptable learning style.
- Sales Background: Experience in lead generation, managing inbound/outbound calls, and using CRM systems.
- Availability: Commitment to the Houston (CDT) schedule
What Success Look Like
- Lead Conversion: Consistent achievement of weekly targets for scheduled apartment viewings and tours.
- Application Completion: High success rate in assisting prospects to fully complete rental applications.
- Sales Performance: Continuous meeting or exceeding of performance-based targets to maximize commission.
- Pipeline Management: Efficient handling of high-volume outbound/inbound calls and multi-channel follow-ups.
- System Accuracy: Independent maintenance of CRM data and lead status updates with 100% precision.
- Strategic Collaboration: Effective contribution to the prospect team to improve lead generation scripts and tactics.
