Role Purpose: 

The Senior Business Development Executive plays a key role in driving the growth of Integris Capital, HEXA’s subsidiary focused on real estate investment and partnerships. In this role, you will lead market research, source and evaluate investment opportunities, and manage investor relationships across the full lifecycle. You will also own the branding and content direction for Integris Capital, ensuring a strong, consistent presence that supports investor engagement and capital-raising efforts.

 

This position requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate professionally in a fast-paced investment environment. You will work closely with leadership to identify new opportunities, strengthen investor trust, and contribute directly to the company’s growth.

 

How We Work

This is a full-time, 100% remote position with Zoom meetings required during working hours.

  • Time zone: Indochina Time (GMT+7)
  • Morning shift: 8 AM – 12 PM; Evening shift: 8 PM – 12 AM
  • Total of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.

 

What You Will Do

  • Investor Relations
  • Establish clear workflows across investor acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors through calls, email updates, and events.
  • Provide timely, accurate information regarding investment performance, new opportunities, and market insights.
  • Support the investor lifecycle and manage CRM updates.
  • Branding & Content Strategy
  • Define and execute the content and branding direction for Integris Capital across all communication channels (social media, newsletters, etc.)
  • Oversee and guide the content development team to ensure high-quality, on-brand output.
  • Market Research & Reporting
  • Conduct market research on the multifamily real estate industry.
  • Prepare a monthly market report summarizing rent trends, cap rates, supply/demand analysis, submarket performance, and other investor-relevant insights.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial and market data.
  • Deal Sourcing & Initial Due Diligence
  • Identify, evaluate, and submit potential acquisition opportunities aligned with annual investment goals.
  • Conduct preliminary underwriting and prepare executive summaries for review.
  • Perform initial site analysis, document review, and basic due diligence following Integris Capital’s acquisition process.
  • Crisis & Sensitive Communications
  • Handle investor or partner concerns with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Protect company reputation by managing sensitive communication tactfully.
  • Collaborate with leadership on crisis messaging and brand protection.
  • Other Responsibilities
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Company.

 

What You Bring

  • Background: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a related field; OR 3-5 years experience in investor relations, relationship management, marketing, or related roles (real estate industry preferred).
  • Language & Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with investors and stakeholders
  • Remote Expertise: Proven experience in remote work; or, if new to remote, must demonstrate high tech-savviness and a fast, adaptable learning style.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in content creation and marketing efforts; highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferable Skills: Well informed and up to date about the market and finance trends; knowledge of real estate investment structures and property management operations.

  • Provide accurate and insightful market research that supports investor confidence and internal decisions.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified investment opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Deliver clear and structured underwriting summaries that support efficient decision-making.
  • Handle sensitive investor communications professionally to protect and strengthen company reputation.
  • Lead a high-performing content team that delivers consistent, high-quality output.
