Role Purpose:
The AI & Automation Specialist helps HEXA identify and implement practical AI solutions that reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and support teams across the organization.
The role works with Marketing and different departments to understand existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, propose suitable AI solutions, build and test AI-powered tools or agents, and train teams to use them effectively.
How We Work
This is Freelance or Part-time. By joining on a part-time basis, you will be eligible for Hexa’s benefits package, subject to adherence to the following guidelines:
- 100% remote position with Zoom meetings required during working hours.
- Time zone: Vietnam Time (GMT +7)
- Monday to Friday: 8 PM – 12AM
- Total of 4 hours a day, 20 hours a week
What You Will Do
- Understand business processes and identify tasks suitable for AI or automation.
- Work with Marketing and different departments to understand their needs and pain points.
- Research and recommend suitable AI tools, platforms, and automation approaches.
- Design and build AI-powered workflows, agents, and tools based on business requirements.
- Develop solutions for tasks such as content creation, email management, design support, data processing, and other repetitive workflows.
- Test and refine solutions to ensure they are practical, reliable, and aligned with existing processes and brand guidelines.
- Provide clear recommendations on how AI can improve existing workflows.
- Document workflows and provide instructions for internal teams.
- Train staff and managers on how to use and implement AI solutions effectively.
- Support continuous improvement and identify new opportunities for automation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Leader/Managers.
What You Bring
- Background: Proficiency in AI automation, workflow automation, AI consulting, business process optimization, or a related field. Project-based, freelance, or consulting experience is welcome.
- Language & Communication: Professional working proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
- Remote Expertise: Proven experience in remote work; or, if new to remote, must demonstrate high tech-savviness and a fast, adaptable learning style.
- Technical Skill:
- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Make, Zapier, n8n, APIs, or similar AI and automation platforms.
- Ability to understand business processes, identify bottlenecks, and translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
- Ability to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical teams and provide practical guidance for implementation.
- Preferable Skill: High attention to detail and accuracy, enthusiastic, proactive and detail-oriented.

- New automation opportunities are proactively identified across departments.
Compensation: Negotiable, based on project scope and proposed solution.
